Can't get a xml sitemap created

Hi

I'm having trouble getting xml sitemap generator to list more than the titles from my main menu bar ?
My site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and its struggling to get any page rank at the moment.

At the moment o nly about 4 pages get register by the generator and help really appreciated

Hello,

it looks like your site blocks access to it when there are many requests in a row (sitemap generator crawler opens all your pages one-by-one so it's getting blocked too).

Thanks for this.
Would that mean that I need to make a coding change or call my hosting company ?
I follow the logic of wour reply although struggling to figure out what I need to do to fix.
