Crawl shows error that disappears too quickly

I've seemingly successfully installed and configured sitemap generator, but when I click on run in under the crawl tab some sort of error page is posted so quickly I can't read it, and then the screen goes back to the main screen. I've tried to capture the error but have not been able to. I tried putting the site's IP address in the advanced section and reviewed file and folder permissions, and all seems to be in order.

I am having the same problem here.

Just purchased the program and followed instructions to the letter (I think) and I also get an error

I did manage to capture a screen print before it disappeared.

I noticed refernces to the generator login and password - where do I get that from?

please try to specify server's IP address in confguration (at the bottom).

login/password is something to *you* can setup in generator configuartion.
