Best Ping Notification Sites

I'm looking for some best practices help.  In the field in Misc settings, what are the best options for this field:

Send "weblogUpdate" type of Ping Notification to:

By default, my box reads technorati.

You can enter multiple entries, one URL per line. Here is the list of possible services to ping: [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] (it's not really needed to ping all of them though)
