Why can't I make posts to the "Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator" forum?

I need support/ help for the paid version. On the "Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator" forum there is no "new topic" button.

I have installed the sitemap generator on several sites without problems but the last one only adds my index page to the xml sitemap.

Just can't see how it can be worng, Any ideas anyone?
