Various Problems with XML - Unlimited

I tried posting this in the appropriate forum (The Unlimited section) but it won't let me.  I have properly installed it on our server but it is freezing.  Reading various responses I've tried fixes such as setting the memory limit, etc and no dice. 

I was going to PM the admin my URL for more specific handling but am unable to do that as well.
