Just installed - but nothing happens when clicking on 'Run'

Hi.

Just installed tonight - followed installation instructions - created sitemap.xml and ror.xml, set permissions as stated etc

When I click on 'Run' under Crawling tab nothing happens - no errors displayed - just goes back to the Configuration tab.

Running this on a Hostpapa server if that makes any difference!

Are there any logs I can look at?

FYI ran the free version OK the other day.

please try to specify your server's IP address in generator configuration (or PM me your generator URL/login so that I can check it).

For the benefit of others, 'admin' suggested the following which worked a treat -

Please try to create file named ".htaccess" in generator folder with one line:

Code:
RewriteEngine off

************************

I'm not sure whether this is a general fix for the sort of problem I had or whether it is specific to my setup but it worked for me!

I'm glad that worked for you
This fix helps in case if you have existing .htaccess file in main website folder that manages your website URLs with some rewrite rules.
