Is there any way to localize sitemap in Japanese language?  Seems Sitemap Generator doesn't recognize Asian Charactor at all....

Hello,

do you mean HTML sitemap? You can modify generator/pages/mods/sitemap_tpl.html file to update the sitemap layout, including page character set.

Please try to manually set this option to "1" in generator/data/generator.conf file:
