Another installation problem - forum search hasn't helped

Everything goes well until the point where I have to go to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] . There's nothing there. Adding on /index.php makes no difference either. All the permissions are correct, all the files are on the server in the root folder. And yes, of course I used my real domain not "mydomain.com" in the address bar. What gives?

please try to remove generator folder, then recreate it and upload file again *without* changing permissions and then open it in browser.
