500 Internal Server Error

when I initiate my crawl and after about 10mins a 500 Internal Server Error page pops up. Google has notified me that it cannot connect nor download the sitemap...I'm running the latest paid version of your program.

My host admin says everything including the permissions look good on their side and cannot find the error in the apache logs.

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
