Same Memory Error as so many others

Hello,

I'm getting the same errors as so many other people on this forum have posted.  It always says the saem thing for an answer, increase the maximum_execution_time settings.  But to what?  Right now it is set to 30. My memory_limit is 256m so I think that is ok.  We have about 140,000 files to crawl.

Here is the error:

Now, after increasing the limits, I get about the same amount of pages and it just stops.  Below is ther error:
