Sub-Domains not being indexed

I have some couple of sub-domain in my website and one of the sub-domain is not yet indexed by Google even though I submitted this sub-domain in various search engines.

What could be the problem?

could be lots of things. can you share the urls?

are the pages in supplemental index? (do some searching on supplemental index)

could it be duplicate content?
