I can not find sitemap.xml

I have installed the software on my hosting, but I can not find sitemap.xml file and set it to 0666

you should manually create empty sitemap.xml file at your domain root.

I created a xml by other software before and already it to my hosting. If I set it 0666, whethere can cover with it and generate new sitemap.xml file?

Yes, you can just specify the filename of this file and it will be overwritten with new sitemap (as long as you have it's permissions set to 0666).

I have run crawling my site, and generate new site map in txt, html form, also found xml file. But I find xml file in my hosting without any change, because the xml file generated by other software (softplus) is 7.96MB, and the site does not change (manifold) when complete run crawling. (I have setted it as 0666)
