Generator freezes after a few seconds

When I run the generator it is freezing on me after anywhere from 2 to 27 seconds.

I saw the posts about making changes to the php.ini file but I do not know how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated

the php.ini file is located at your host and usually you must have root access to your server to change it. You may contact your hosting support regarding this.
