Sitemap getting too many pages and never stops, why?

Hi all,
since november 5 I'm having a strange issue with the sitemap. He calculates about 100000 pages but we only have 4000.
And the cronjob doesn't works anymore, any idea why?

do I understand correctly that it includes more pages that are actually existing on your site? Please PM me your generator URL/login and example URL that is added in sitemap, but doesn't exist.
