Cannot open configuration

I am new here, i have the generator installed on my web.
After installation can only read the documentation. The configuration file cannot read this is blank.

Browse to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] it should show loigin page.

Also make sure that your host supports PHp language (which is required).
