If I have an XML Sitemap do I have to resumit it manually to Google or will it be done automatically after updating?

I added a page to my site map. So it will be indexed with the rest?

Google will re-read your sitemap, find new page URL, visit that page on your site and, according to their algorithms, will include it in index.
