Site-Map Generator is not Crawling

When using the free version, my site exceeded the 500 URLs indexed. Now that I have purchased the Generator, it only indexes 3 URLs? ??? ??? ???
Something is wrong with this, I need some help. Can anyone let me know what I am doing wrong?
