Out of memory problem 700k+ pages

i've purchased today the script but i got a problem, actually my site is about 700k+ pages and i've setted the memory_limit in php to 256M and so in the script config, but it's impossible to create the sitemap for the whole site, how can i do?

with website of this size the best option is to create a limited sitemap - with "Maximum depth" or "Maximume URLs" option limited so that it would gather about 200-300,000 URLs, which would be main pages representing "roadmap" sitemap for search engines.
