Installed but not working? Where did I go wrong?

I bought, downloaded and installed the sitemap generator, following all the instructions carefully from the pdf but it doens't work when I request the URL.

All I get is a 'Page cannot be found' error: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

The file name is correct, it is installed in the root folder and I have added the ror and sitemap xml files.

Nothing....

What have I done wrong?

Does it only work on linux or something?

looks like your host doesn't support PHP language (which is required), could you please check that with your hosting support?
