Login Config Prob

Today my prog is not working.

IT wont accept my login. I deleted and re-copyied the files and still nothing.

I saw on here about deleting/editing  the generator.conf file but it is not there.

I have re-downloaded the Zip file form the site but its no tin there. I had this working when I first got it but not anymore.

Cant understandwhy the generator.conf file is not in the zip?
