NEED HELP MAKING SITEMAP FOR

this is my new site, idk if the generator is making it correctly, it says its only doing it for one page. I use [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], and when i upload it to my [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] page (btw it says to upload to public_html folder... idk what this is so i just uploaded it to my home page, the link for it is at the bottom of the home page and also that is where i pasted the html code that this site generated) should i type in the webs url or the .tk url to the generator?

Also... my .tk url is the same for all my likes, contact, members, and everything! all my links! even if you click a link to another website it will go to it but it will still say [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]....... is this a problem?

I see that inner links are pointing to *.webs.com subdomain, so they cannot be included in the same sitemap.
