Crawling Connection Drops

My sitemap generator is working great except when I cilck Run for Crawling and it will start crawling my site but then after like 10 seconds it stops and I have to hit the run button again and continue my previous session?  I am sure it's supposed to keep crawling the site till it's finished with the sitemap.  Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
