Server is iiS 6.00 type - unable to change the attribus 666 and 777 Solution ??

My server is iiS 6.00 type
With FileZilla is unable to change the attribus 666 and 777. This gives me 644 and 755
Error message:

Since your site is hosted on windows platform, you should set file permissions either in hosting control panel or via remote desktop connection (instead of FTP).
