Broken links that don't exsist

Hi,

I've been using Sitemap generator for about 3 years now, It worked fine at first (still does), but about a year ago I started getting 1,600 broken links that don't exsist. I have gone over the source code of the pages in question, and the links arn't there. The sitemap doesn't seem to be affected (The broken links arn't in the sitemap).

Any ideas why?

No Broken Link (Code 404) Referred from copied and pasted from the broken links page. The site url is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
e.g. on number 3 the report says ther is a link for manitoba/britishcolumbia in manitoba/.. there is no such link.
