Sitemap Generator Forum

Does this package have a debug and/or verbose output?  I cannot get this to run for anything.  I've looked at the server logs, but nothing is in the syslog.  I am running on an Ubuntu server.  The generator goes through the motions but everytime shows the results of 0 pages indexed.

It is rather brain-dead and leave me completely hanging.  Rather difficult to diagnose.

I installed the generator under the website's path in a subdirectory and have excluded the generator directory in the configuration from being indexed.

Any insight is appreciated.

Update to this saga.  Out of curiosity I tried to run this script from the XML-Sitemaps.com website (free version) and got the same results.  This would indicate my server is not happy with the script.  I reviewed the documentation and cannot find anything in detail that specifies prerequisites for running the script.  Is there something that needs to be looked at?
