Google Warning

Google gave me a warning for my sitemap:

Incorrect namespace
Your Sitemap or Sitemap index file doesn't properly declare the namespace. ?

When Itried to make a new Sitemap the initial crawl gave me this report and failed.
An Error Occurred :
There was an error when retreiving the URL specified:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Message: Error opening socket to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
HTTP: headers Follow
HTTP: Output

It has been working fine, so I have no idea why I am receiving this.

I would appreciate help please to both of these problems
