How to add <pubDate> on ror.xml

Hi there, Can someone tell me how can i add <pubDate>Tue, 16 Mar 2010 23:06:51 +0000</pubDate>
on ror.xml. i want to use this ror.xml to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].

Twitterfeed telling "A feed needs to contain publish dates or GUIDs in order to work with twitterfeed"

Please help me. i want to update my feed always.
