Hi,

First of all, apologies if this sounds a dumb question. I've been using your sitemap generator product for quite a while now and I'm very impressed with it. I have one slight question though. We recently moved our hosting over to another platform. I have some other domains running on this platform without your sitemap generator. When running an http header check on these domain I see that 'last-modified' is returned.

Now, I moved one of our domains over to this other platform and I've deployed the sitemap generator - which works perfectly. Before installing and configuring the tool I noticed that an http header check returned 'last-modified'. I then install and configure the tool and run another http header check and I do not see any 'ast-modified' returned.

Is this a problem? Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance and many thanks too for reading.

Phil

Hello,

this must be related to your website configuration (since generator doesn't affect http headers returned by your site pages). Note that dynamic pages (like php, asp pages etc) usually do not have last-modified header since they are created on-the-fly.
