Standalone XML with professional installation option

As a "newbie," what do I need to do on my end if the professional installation option was purchased?  When I downloaded the link to my computer, I receive a prompt:  Windows cannot open the folder.  Access to the Compressed (zipped) Folder 'C:\Program Files (x86) \generator.zip' is denied.

Using Windows 7.  Confused
