Login Trouble

I installed Standalone and produced two sitemaps with out a problem. I left the hours for a couple hours, and left the computer on, and then tried to view some broken links, but it required me to enter my password and user name. I entered it and it won't let me login. I re-uoloaded my config, but I still can't login. I shut down my browsers sessions, and tried again, but it will not accept my password.

What have I done wrong?

I can't access this file 403 error.

You can remove that file via FTP.
