Tons of pages not indexed

I have a very extensive site and about 450 pages are being indexed, but many hundreds of others are not being cataloged at all. The most important  directories are being completely overlooked. I don't know if it is something in my configuration or what.  Please help.
The main thing that I want indexed are our sold galleries which are at [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and there are about 400 pages in each of those directories that I need to index.

Hello,

make sure that your starting URL is [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] and not [ External links are visible to logged in users only ], since those links are pointing to non-www domain.

Greetings, At first when I changed this it gave me only 130 pages in the site map.  BUT your answer led me to the perfect solution.  I changed the links on my index page to go to www. and this allowed all the pages to be indexed. It also took care of my site search problem. Thank you for taking the time to answer this for me.
