I paid for the sitemap generator and have no email, link or anything else to be able to download it...
Is there a trick or some secret password to get this?

Also wanted to mention that the contact area is a bit vague. there really isn't a place to contact anyone unless your paying for installation or you want to read more about nothing to do with why someone would need to contact your company.
