problem with google web master tools

HI every one

I've made a sitemap for my wordpress blog and i've submitted it in the google webmaster tools . I have more than 400 posts in my site . It's been 3 weeks that I have submitted my web site . In the google web maste tools , it's wrote URLs submitted=420  and Indexed URLs=1 !!!

I have no visitors per day and It's really strange for me . I'm using robots.txt and .htaccess with the access to all parts of my web site ,

i don't know why ? please help me to solve this strange problem
