I bought installation with software -- how do I know when/if it's installed?

I bought the software and installation for the $29 fee, and provided my FTP info with the order.

? I'm not sure where to go from here?
? Do you install the software and get back to me, or what?

(I tried installing the software myself, and go to the point where I activated the software, i.e., saw Configure, Crawling, etc.  I tried to "Run" the software, but it stopped half-way through my pages and reported "No sitemaps found".)

Help!

I think it's working now.  I had to set permission on the Generator/data folder.

It's running now.

Wow, was that a technical challenge!

I installed it myself, although I paid the extra $10 to have it installed :-)
