Only 1 url indexed in the sitemap

I tried to generate my site map but it results in only one URL, that's my home page.
No other URL is indexed.

My generated URL is :
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/details-zap-pedia.com.html

I placed the URL here because I can't send PM.
It says an error occurred..

But now also only 3 pages are indexed, which are, Home, Terms and conditions, and privacy policy.
These three are the links on my menu.

What is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached, starting from homepage?

Make sure that you enter starting URL as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]

I entered [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] only, as i know my domain has some problem with [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].
