Question about links that aren't being detected?

I just bought the Standalone version for my site and I'm wondering: 

I have a set of links in a dropdown form, if you go to my site you will see what I'm referring to:
www.iLoveHouseMusic.com - TOP/CENTER drop down.

Anyways, the site generator is not picking up these pages.  Is there a way to get the generator to see these links?

if you mean "My house is.." dropdown, those links are created with javascript and are not visible to crawlers as a result. You should duplicate the links with regular <a href=""> html tags somewhere to get them indexed.
