Password Login for generator

I don't like my generator being accessible to everyone. I opened the generator and put in a user name and password and clicked OK but it doesn't save the settings. When I reopen the generator those spaces are blank again.

Any suggestions?

I have a feeling this is related to the latest version which I am also having problems with due to what appears to be issues with missing file extensions in links. I have posted about this in the Bug Report forum: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/forum/index.php/topic,4102.msg14758.html#msg14758

okay i fixed the problem. if anyone else has it here is what i had to do. Filezilla did not authorize the files to be written. I had to go into my godaddy control panel and manually set the permissions. That solved the problem. Thanks for you help admin.
