Parsing XML fault: non well-formed

Hello, seems there is a issue/bug on the xml file creation. I think there is a problem with charencoding in image title with èòàùì.

The browser said:
illegal byte sequence in encoding
and suggest:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Seems the error is caused in this line
468:          <image:caption>Hotel Le M�ridien Beach Plaza in 22 Avenue Princess Grace Monaco</image:caption>

I see in my sitemap and it show:
<image:caption>Hotel Le Méridien Beach Plaza in 22 Avenue Princess Grace Monaco</image:caption>

So I suppose the problem came from "é" (french site)

Please could you fix this issue?
