Stylesheet problems on install

Hi there,

I installed the script (I think successfully!) but the layout is messy - the stylesheet isn't being rendered.

However, when I delete the install and go again - but make the /data/ not writable, the css is rendered and the admin area looks fine.

When - as you have to do of course - I make the /data/ folder writable, the css isn't rendered anymore again!

What might be the problem?
