Why is my /shop folder not indexed?

I ran the XML sitemap generator and I'm wondering why my /shop folder isn't being indexed?  I have a shopping cart installed there with several unique products.  The generator searches through my /blog folder, but not the cart.  This seems strange to me.  Does anyone know a reason why this might be?
