Internal Server Error with GoDaddy

I have read the other posts about getting the Internal Server error and making corrections to the PHP.INI file which I did. I changed the memory and time limits in the PHP.INI file but it still times out continually at 120 seconds and I again get the Internal Server Error.

I called GoDaddy and they confirmed that I could make those changes and nothing else should be stopping the script from completing.

Help! Any Suggestions?

in case if you are running on Windows server, it might be needed to also increase script running time in IIS configuration, as described in [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
