Sitemap Does Not Work

I am using this script for an addon domain. I installed the script inside my root domain for my hosting account.

However, the sitemap generated is completely white and does not show anything. Yet, when you view the source code - it is all there.

What is going on?

Does this script have to work for a primary domain only?
