Unable to Run Successfully

Spent a good couple of hours making sure i hadnt done anything sillly

Check permissions over and over again.

Set up parameters .. tell it crawl just states

I've specified 127.0.0.1 as server's IP address in sitemap generator configuration and it worked in this case (replied via PM as well).

ahhh .. i was adding external ips .. of the host.. doh ...
