Which format is better .xml or .gz

Hi just purchased and installed your great product, very easy if you follow instructions and use winrar my preference unzip program and CuteFTP for uploading the program.

Maybe you guys should combo package your product with CuteFTP?

Anyways, which is a better format to use, .gz or .xml?
Also do you have instructions on how to set this program up for Cron?

Thanks again for a very robust and user friendly program not to mention in-expensive too.  :) ;)

Hello,

1. .gz format is usually better since it stores all files in gzipped (compressed) format and that allows you to save some bandwidth (which is usually not noticable though :) )
2. cron setup depends on your server setup, usually it is possible withing hosting cotrol panel (like cPanel), please refer to its documentation for details.

thank you for your kind words! :)
