Sitemap Generator Forum

Hello.
I just purchased xml sitemap and ran it several times and the maximum pages I've been able to index is only 363.   I have 1200+ pages to be indexed at this time.  The page size is 37.57 mega mb, not sure is that makes any difference I just included this in case it helps solve something.
I've tried it with the default set-up and still have only received around 300 pages. 
Before I purchased the sitemap generator I tried the trail version and I got the maximum 500 page index.
What wrong with picture?
I would really appreciate some help.. because obviously... 363 pages is not unlimited.

Another question why did sitemap scan about 700 pages and only index 363?

It's me again,    is anyone here to help?  I've been on here for hours hoping to get a response.

I notice many here seem to have the same problem with the generator not indexing the maximum pages for their site.
I just bought this last night...  feeling a bit unhappy at them moment.
