All Directories not being indexed

I am running Sitemap Generator, however, one of my folders does not get indexed.

It indexes the following:-

root/
root/support/
root/acatalog/
root/dna/

However it does not index the following directory:-
root/garden-sheds-directory/

There was an .htaccess file with a re-write in that directory, but I have tried with and without the .htaccess file, no different. I tried with the robot.txt file in the root folder and without the robot.txt file, no different.

If I set root/garden-sheds-directory/  as the start url then it does index the files.

Can you let me know what I am doing wrong.
