Crawling doesn't work

Hello,

I have installed the sitemap generator successfully, but the crawler stops with crawling and I don't get an error message. Only this:

Error message: Error opening socket to ***website url***
HTTP headers follow:

HTTP output:

I tried different urls but it didn't solve the problem.
What can I do?
