How to add a sitemap to a directed site

hi,

Can anyone help me with adding sitemap in to re direct site.
for ex ; if we day my site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and its been redirect to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
and I have to add a site map in to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Can anyone please help me with this?

separate sitemaps should be created for every domain.
