Internal Server Error

I uploaded the file "generator" via ftp to my server, I have permissions to sitemap.xml and ror.xml (666), and the DATA file (777) and I get the error "Internal Server Error" in my Cpanel server use.
Can you help me?

Hello,

make sure that generator/ folder permissions are set to 0755 (only data/ folder is set to 0777) and all php files inside of generator folder hasve permissions 0644.
