Manually processing crawl_dump.log?

Is there a way to manually process this file so it will output into a .xml file?

Somehow it crashed with my large site after hours of processing and did not output .xml files.

You can set "Maximum URLs" setting in generator configuration to a small number and start generator again, resuming the process. It will not crawl the site further and will create sitemaps based on existing urls.
